ANNOUNCEMENT 

If you are a grade 12 student who is interested in nursing, listen up! Mrs. Peck's Family Studies class is hosting a mid-wife during period 4 on April 23 who will be coming in to discuss her role in child birth and care as well as her career path. Please see Mrs. Peck in room 204 for details if you would like to attend.

CIVICS SUCCESS CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT 

The following students are to report to room 308A at the beginning of lunch today to attend your Civics Success Club with Mr. McDonnell.  Cooper Keddy, Trent Stevenson, Tyson Filenko, Liam Goddard, Jacob Hoggan, Ben Lister, Sebastin Cooper, Cyrus Ferri, Tyler Gauthier, Matt Gill, Kyle Holomego-McCready, Billy Kilpatrick, Justin McPherson, Jordan Meadus, and Bostyn Venus. Attendance is compulsary and you will sign in. Please bring your lunch with you. 

ICEDOG ANNOUNCEMENT

The Icedogs will be in today and Wednesday to sell tickets for both playoff games!!  They won't last!

SOCCER ANNOUNCEMENT 

The Girls Soccer Team will have try-outs today at 4:00 p.m. and tomorrow at 2:15 right after school.  Both try-outs will be held in the gym.  

JAZZ BAND REHEARSAL ANNOUNCEMENT 

Attention all Jazz Band Members:  There will be a Jazz Band Rehearsal after school today in the music room.

This message is from the members of Rainbow Pride. We are a group of students that are inclusive and accepting of gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, allies and supporters. We will be meeting today at the beginning of lunch in room 141C. Feel free to show up as yourself and join our discussion.

ART ANNOUNCEMENT

Art Club will run every day after school in room 127 starting at 2:15 p.m. We will be working on Canadian National Poster Project and Ceiling Tiles for the Lincoln County Human Society.

SCHOOL REACH ANNOUNCEMENT 

A huge congratulations to the amazing Senior School Reach Team for their 2nd place finish! That qualifiers the team to compete in provincials!  Well done!

There will be no Literacy help at lunch today.  Could any writers from the Writers' Club  check in with Ms. Lynett in Room 141A for a brief meeting at the beginning of lunch today.

All students who are travelling to BB Blooms this morning are asked to leave their first period class NO SOONER than 9am. Please meet in the lobby. **Also, don't forget that there is a full cast rehearsal today after school .... 31 days to go!
** Also, Mrs. Risko would like to send out a "great big thank you" to all the staff and students who helped get ready, run and attend the trivia night fundraiser on Friday night. It was a huge success, and it was due to all the help and support that were provided. Thank you so much, **Please remember that any student helping out with props is to be at rehearsal on Tuesday and set painters are to be at rehearsal on Wednesday. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Risko as soon as possible.

CHEERLEADING ANNOUNCEMENT 

This weekend the cheerleaders competed in the Maple Leaf Cheer Competition in Hamilton. They made a great comeback from Provincials, ran a completely clean routine, and performed like they are ready for Nationals. Their hard work is starting to really pay off now, as they not only placed first in their division, but earned the Grand Champions Banner for the highest score of all the High Schools at the competition. Great Job!!!

SCHOOL REACH ANNOUNCEMENT 

School Reach - On Friday, Governor Simcoe's Senior School Reach team Andrew Dumont, Jasmine Klassen, Jack Ormel, Orion Bouerhot, Gavin Black, Hannah Bristowe, and Andrew Dumont dominated play over almost all teams at the regional championships.  Losing only to SWC, our team came in second. We will be continuing on to Provincials in May. Congratulations team, great job!
