Senior Boys Basketball
On December 6th, our senior boys' basketball team battled Saint Francis for the 61st Standard Basketball Tournament championship. Even though our boys battled hard, and fought to the finish, they came up short 53-42. Noah Budgell was named player of the game. During the awards ceremony, Ari Steenhuis was named a first team all-star and Reid Oates was named a second team all-star. Noah Budgell was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. During the week, Noah shattered a 40-year-old scoring record averaging 30 points a game and scored 120 total points for the tournament. Congratulations to our entire senior boys' basketball team, you have made us all proud! Up next, the senior boys play Sir Winston Churchill at home at 5:00pm. Come cheer on the boys!
