DECA Business Competition Club
DECA is a business case competition, where students can choose the area of business in which they wish to compete. Meetings are once per week and are used to prepare students for the regional competition. This is where students can network with other students and interact with judges, who typically come from industry and education. Students compete individually or in a team with 1 other student. There are many category options. Winners at the regional competition move to provincials.
Coach: Mr. Potalivo
Season: September - October: Registration, exam and competition preparation. November: Regional Competition. February: Provincial Competition.
