Technological Education

Technological Education is the study of technology, in which students "learn about the processes and knowledge related to technology". As a field of study, it covers the human ability to shape and change the physical world to meet needs, by manipulating materials and tools with techniques.
The courses are largely project based that challenge the student and encourage critical thinking through theory and practical experience.
When asked, employers consistently make problem solving/creativity, communication/teamwork, independence/initiative and resilience/adaptability the top skills they look for.  Technology courses, by their nature, focus on these skills.
